Black tea Lapsang Souchong
Chinese black tea particularly appreciated for its main prerogative: smoking. In fact, its production involves drying the leaves and smoking them with pine and cedar wood after oxidation of the leaves. With a dark coppery color and a full-bodied and sweet taste, excellent on its own or accompanied with a savory breakfast, it is also recently appreciated in many culinary preparations.
