Yellow Tea

Yellow tea is a drink that is still little known, but with particularly appreciable natural beneficial properties. It is a semi-fermented tea, whose manufacturing process is similar to that for the better known green tea. Before the drying phase, the leaves are subjected to a light jet of steam, to then be left in a container covered with a damp transpiring cloth. After a few hours, the oxidative process occurs and then we continue first with drying and then with the final rolling.
