Rooibos Tea

Rooibos tea is obtained from the thin needle-like leaves of the plant of the same name. Also known as African red tea, rooibos should not be confused with Chinese red tea, which is actually fermented black tea. It is a naturally sweet and caffeine-free thirst-quenching drink, perfect for the whole family. Its origins are South African and its name derives from an Afrikaans word which means "red shrub".
