Shipments and returns
Packages are generally sent within 3 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with UPS Extra with signature request, an additional cost will apply.
So please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, a link will be provided to track your package online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately. Therefore shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention will be paid to fragile items. The boxes are adequately large and your articles are well protected.
