Oolong tea is a particular variety widespread especially in China and Taiwan: this term means "black dragon". Symbol of many cultures, this drink is consumed both during normal days and on the occasion of special ceremonies. The oolong tea leaves are harvested fresh and then left to dry in the sun: finally they are crushed and subjected to heat treatments and final roasting, with results that are different depending on the variety.
