A high quality, full-bodied Indian green tea that exudes a fruity and spicy aroma. It comes from a large leaf tea, grown and processed in the Pussellawa Valley in Sri Lanka (Ceylon). It is part of the rare green teas of the historic island of the Indian Ocean.

Lampong pepper is considered a commercial pepper. Not recommended for making sausages with whole grains as the grain skin tends to peel off easily. The farcite are a sweet made of stuffed licorice. It has an elongated and cylindrical shape, with a black exterior of licorice and a soft and sweet center, often made of sugar or gum. The combination of the intense and slightly bitter flavor of licorice with the sweet filling creates a pleasant contrast on the palate.

Gomasio is a Japanese condiment made from toasted and chopped sesame, used in cooking to flavor first and second courses, soups, salads and delicious sauces. It represents a beneficial aromatic solution, compared to common table salt: it contains less sodium and provides the body with various nutrients. The version of black gomasio includes dark sesame rich in antioxidants and minerals.

This green tea comes from Thailand, and represents a fine quality from tea plantations at altitudes of up to 1,200 meters.
