Unlike the one produced in Taiwan, this Oolong was born in the mountains north of Thailand at an altitude between 1100 and 1300 m above sea level. Cultivation takes place in spring and results in a low oxidation tea making the infusion of a light color with small golden shades with a floral scent and a delicate and slightly sweet taste.
Discover this Oolong tea, fermented from the highest bud and leaves of the plant; wide and long, they are broken at the edges to promote natural oxidation. This tea comes from the Ocean Garden of Moragalla in Sri Lanka, and its saline soil gives your brew a toasty, spicy flavor and a coppery color.
The delicacy of this tea is brought to its maximum value thanks to the floral scent of roses and raspberries harvested in the hot summer months. The characteristic of this tea is that it can be enjoyed hot.
Ingredients:
Semi-fermented oolong, fuchsia rose buds, natural flavoring, rose petals, freeze-dried whole raspberries, pink cornflower.
Perhaps it is the favorite Oolong for drinkers of this type of tea, originally from the southwestern part of Yunnan. Also called "water source", this tea is particularly popular in most Chinese restaurants; with a dark brown color and the unmistakable taste of honey and peach and slightly smoked.
A legendary and prized Oolong tea, Da Hong Pao is renowned for its taste and its amazing antioxidants and nutrients. It comes from the Wu Yi Mountains among the rocks, and brings with it minerals and vitamins that are precious for our body - detox, energetic and relaxing at the same time. It envelops with its orchid aroma, the consistent and sweet flavor, for an exclusive tea ritual.
This tea is placed halfway between black tea and green tea, the latter has numerous therapeutic virtues but the taste, sweeter, is similar to that of tea black. With a noble aroma and a fine flavor. Semi-sweet taste.
This is a low oxidation oolong tea flavored with ginseng. It is a light tea, with a sweet, slightly floral and ginseng aroma. The flavor is a bit thick and strong, with a licorice aftertaste and a sweet tingling sensation in the taste.
Produced almost entirely by hand in the Yunnan region; during the fermentation process the leaves are heated for a short time in the water vapor of the milk giving it an enveloping and smooth slightly vangliato flavor that distinguishes it.
