A particular Curry, left whole to be pounded in a mortar when needed. Originating in the Goa area, it has a full-bodied and moderately spicy hot blend.

Unlike others the Goa Curry is different from all the other blends of Indian spices proposed. Characteristic of this curry is that the spices that compose it are whole.
