Modica rum chocolate is a tribute to the most authentic tradition of Modica chocolate, recognized with the PGI mark. It is made using an ancient, cold-pressed artisan process, a unique process that does not involve the addition of conches or butter, preserving the aromas, fragrances, and properties of the cocoa to the fullest. Made with high-quality bitter cocoa paste and sugar, with a minimum cocoa content of 60%, this chocolate stands out for its grainy, crumbly, and naturally shiny texture.

The natural rum aroma blends perfectly with the intense, slightly bitter flavor of the cocoa, creating a warm, elegant aromatic profile with enveloping and slightly spicy notes that linger on the palate.
With a rich and energetic nutritional profile, 100 g provide 2197 kJ / 527 kcal, 31.2 g of fat (of which 19.2 g saturated), 48.4 g of carbohydrates (40.1 g sugars), 9.6 g of fiber, and 8.4 g of protein, with 0 g of salt. Ideal for a gourmet tasting, it can be enjoyed pure or paired with spirits, coffee, and dried fruit. May contain traces of nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios.
