Il cioccolato di Modica IGP al pistacchio di Modica, firmato da Antica Dolceria Rizza, è un’interpretazione iconica dell’antica lavorazione a freddo, metodo che esclude concaggio e grassi aggiunti, preservando aromi puri e restituendo la tipica consistenza granulosa del cioccolato modicano. Realizzato con ingredienti essenziali — pasta amara di cacao e zucchero — e un cacao minimo del 60%, accoglie l’8% di Pistacchio, ingrediente simbolo della Sicilia, celebre per le sue sfumature verdi e per il profilo aromatico unico.
Al morso è deciso, intenso e fragrante, con note profonde di cacao amaro che si intrecciano a quelle cremose, aromatiche e lievemente tostate del pistacchio, creando un equilibrio ricco, persistente e raffinato. Per 100 g apporta 2227 kJ / 515 kcal, 35,7 g di grassi (di cui 20,1 g saturi), 38,9 g di carboidrati (32,5 g di zuccheri), 12,2 g di fibre e 8,6 g di proteine, con 0 g di sale.
