Green Tea Bancha
Tea very popular in Japan and drunk during meals for its digestive properties, an aid to cleanse the liver and excellent support for diuresis. The characteristic of this tea is the very low content of tannins as the leaves are harvested at the end of the season when the leaf reaches the minimum level of theine. Its taste is fresh, but at the same time with a slightly bitter and herbaceous aftertast.
