How to prepare rose tea latte

Roses have a unique perfume, delicate and at the same time penetrating, they will give your tea latte a very special taste, if you have never tasted it it is really worth trying!
Let's see how to prepare it, let's start with the ingredients, let's start with the milk, specifying that you can use either milk of animal or vegetable origin, if you want an even more intense taste we recommend using rose-infused milk.
In addition to the milk you will need
dried rose buds for infusion
a vanilla pod (or vanilla extract)
water for the infusion
a sweetener of your choice (optional)
rose water for food use.

Preparation of the Rose tea latte

Bring the water to the boil, once it comes to the boil turn off the heat and add the rose buds (at least a spoonful) leave to infuse for up to 6 minutes before straining.
If you want to go for the visual effect, to add a pink tone to your tea latte, you can also add a few hibiscus petals, without overdoing it so as not to alter the taste.
Add your chosen sweetener and mix well.
Pour the rose infusion into the cup.
Use a milk frother or the steam nozzle, if you have an espresso machine, to froth the milk.
Gradually add the whipped milk and a few drops of rose water if you want to strengthen the taste.
Rose tea latte can also be prepared in a chai version by adding a teaspoon of the masala of the same name to the infusion.
