The bitter cocoa paste (min. 60% cocoa) is combined with sugar and enriched with 1% wild mint, selected for its pure and spontaneous fragrance. On the palate, the flavor is intense and aromatic: the elegant bitterness of the cocoa opens with balsamic, fresh, and aromatic notes of mint, creating a balanced and persistent contrast, accompanying every bite in an enveloping sensory experience with a Mediterranean character.
