This Asado BBQ spice mix is inspired by the flavors of Argentine barbecue, to enhance grilled meat with savory ingredients. The taste is intense but does not cover the succulent taste of the meats. The rub can be applied before cooking or after, to give a more exquisite bite to the grill. Excellent on beef, pork, sausages and poultry; it also works on the accompanying vegetables typical of asado.
