It is extracted manually from the Peruvian salt marshes of Maras, along the Andes mountain range, at a height of 3000 meters. This salt offers unique flavors and a wealth of minerals: calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper and iron. Naturally pink, it gives the palate crunchy and compact crystals.
