Tasmanian pepper is a fake pepper from the Australian mainland. It is an extremely aromatic pepper. The notes are very fresh, fruity and woody notes highlighting the roar of basil and camphor. It can be used in white fish, salmon, herring, shellfish, pork, duck and pheasant.
A salt much appreciated by those who know it: once you try it you can't do without it. Smoked flavor suitable for grilled meat dishes or to be used to prepare a nice carbonara. Being a particularly strong salt, with paprika, it must be measured sparingly.
The plantations of this tea are located in the highlands of Kaproret, Saramek and Chemase in the Kericho district. Due to their striking golden leaf tips, strong and slightly floral flavor, these are often mistaken for Chinese Yunnan teas.
