The flowers are replaced every day with new ones, this allows the leaves to absorb the perfume intensely. Then the leaves are rolled by hand one by one to form balls, thus making it one of the finest teas in the world. All this process releases a wonderful infusion of yellow and golden color.

Il thè bianco doveva essere al Gelsomino e non "Thè bianco jasmine e Gelsomino", ne sono rimasta delusa.
